Jakarta DWP Breaks the Fast with People with Disabilities

Jakarta Dharma Wanita Unity (DWP), held a Ramadan Study, Breaking the Fast Together and Sharing event at the Tahfiz Disabled Islamic Boarding School for Jakarta Baznas (Bazis), Lebak Bulus Urban Village, Cilandak Sub-district, South Jakarta.

They have many advantages

The event, which was attended by 100 female students at the Tahfiz Disabled Islamic Boarding School and Deaf Friends mothers, was solemn and full of joy.

Even, the participants were very enthusiastic about taking part in the whole series of activities, one of which was a question-and-answer quiz which had dozens of attractive door prizes.

Jakarta DWP Chairwoman, Endang Lestari Joko Agus expressed the event is a routine agenda every Ramadan which aims to build friendship and foster social sensitivity.

"Today, we invite female students at this Islamic boarding school and mothers from Sahabat Tuli to have fun and be happy carrying out activities in this holy month," she expressed, Friday (3/22).

She urged them to always study and do good, as we don't know which of the good things we do can lead us to God's heaven, as we don't know which good things we do can lead us to God's heaven.

"They have many advantages. I advise them to be good individuals and don't forget to do good," she uttered.

Jakarta Baznas Bazis Chairman, Ahmad Abubakar expressed his highest thanks to Jakarta DWP and the staff who held this start-up event.

"Insya Allah (God willing), what is being done today will be a field of reward and charity for the mothers of Jakarta DWP and all those who help," he stated.
